


Kristina Hinote-Meler is a Certified Dog Trainer (CDT) from Animal
Behavior College. She also has her First Aid for Pets, and is an
AKC CGC (canine good citizen) evaluator. Her goals include to
continue on her education and to be able to work with
therapy/service dogs. She grew up in both Oklahoma, and Maine
always having dogs as a part of the family and has always been a
dog lover. Spending time in the northeast she was able to show
dogs in the confirmation ring, as well as be a client in obedience,
and agility classes. She moved out to California after marrying her
Marine Corps husband Robert. Kristina has also worked as a pet
walker/sitter and a veterinary assistant. Her current fur babies are
her pug Deja-vu, and Zeus her lab/dobby mix. She has been
educated in positive reinforcement and clicker training. You can
usually also find her volunteering with the SPOT rescue.
